Our Production
Process
A transparent, step-by-step journey from your first inquiry to the moment your products arrive at your door.
Inquiry & Consultation
You share your idea, reference, or specification. We respond within 24 hours with questions, suggestions, and initial feasibility feedback.
Material Selection & Quotation
We recommend leather types, hardware, and finishes based on your brief. A detailed quotation is provided including sample cost and lead time.
Sample Development
Our sample room produces physical prototypes. You review, approve, or request revisions -- we iterate until the sample is exactly right.
Mass Production
Once the sample is approved, full production begins. You receive regular updates with in-process photos from the factory floor.
QC, Packaging & Delivery
Every piece is inspected, carefully packaged, and shipped with full documentation. We support DDP, FOB, and other Incoterms as required.
