Raw Material Inspection
All incoming leather, hardware, thread, and lining materials are inspected for color consistency, texture, thickness, and defect-free surfaces before production begins.
Sample Approval
Pre-production samples are crafted and submitted for customer approval. Dimensions, stitching patterns, hardware placement, and finishing are verified against approved specifications.
Cutting & Prep QC
Precision cutting templates ensure uniformity across all pieces. Each cut panel is checked for dimensional accuracy, clean edges, and grain alignment before assembly.
In-Process Inspection
QC supervisors conduct rolling inspections at each production station -- stitching tension, gluing, edge finishing, and hardware installation are monitored in real time.
Durability & Function Testing
Products undergo zipper pull tests, seam stress tests, colorfastness testing, and closure mechanism cycling to verify long-term durability and functional reliability.
Final 100% Visual Inspection
Every finished product is individually inspected under standardized lighting for surface defects, stitching consistency, branding accuracy, and overall appearance before packaging.
Pre-Shipment Verification
A final pre-shipment audit confirms quantity accuracy, packaging integrity, labeling compliance, and documentation completeness before goods are released for export.

Hand-Stitched Saddle Stitch
Our signature saddle stitching uses waxed linen thread with consistent 4mm spacing. Unlike machine stitching, saddle stitch holds even if one thread breaks xe2x80x94 built to last decades.
Edge Burnishing & Finishing
Leather edges are hand-beveled, sanded through multiple grits, and burnished with natural beeswax to create smooth, rounded edges that resist fraying and improve durability.
Premium Hardware Installation
We exclusively use premium-grade zippers, magnetic closures, and metal hardware. Each piece is hand-set with precision jigs to ensure alignment and long-term function.
Full-Grain Leather Selection
We source full-grain and top-grain leathers from certified tanneries. Each hide is inspected for grain consistency, surface integrity, and natural markings before cutting.
Precision Brand Embossing
Custom logos and patterns are embossed using temperature-controlled hot stamping presses, producing sharp, consistent impressions with foil, blind, or deboss finishes.
Interior Lining & Construction
Interior linings are cut to exact dimensions, bonded with high-strength adhesive, and stitched for security. Pockets and compartments are reinforced at stress points.
