Quality Control Checkpoints

Incoming Material Inspection
All leather hides, hardware, threads, and lining materials are inspected for color consistency, defects, and specification compliance before production begins.
Cutting Precision Check
Each cut piece is measured against approved patterns. Dimensional tolerances, edge quality, and grain alignment are verified before assembly.
Stitching & Assembly QC
Stitch density, thread tension, corner reinforcement, and structural integrity are checked at the assembly stage to ensure durability and aesthetics.
Hardware & Branding Check
Zippers, buckles, snaps, rivets, and logo embossing or debossing are inspected for correct placement, alignment, and finish quality.
Appearance & Finishing
Edge painting, burnishing, surface treatment, and overall aesthetic appearance are reviewed under standardized lighting conditions against the approved sample.
Pre-Shipment Final Inspection
Every unit in the order undergoes a final 100% visual inspection and random functional testing before packing. Non-conforming items are removed and replaced.
