Leather Processing
Craftsmanship & Techniques
Each technique is a craft in itself. Our artisans master these processes over years of training to deliver consistently premium results.
Material Selection
We source full-grain, top-grain, and genuine leather from certified tanneries. Every hide is hand-inspected for grain consistency, thickness uniformity, and color integrity before entering production.
Precision Cutting
Using hydraulic die-cutting presses and CNC clicker machines, we achieve ±0.3mm dimensional accuracy. Pattern templates are crafted from hardened steel to ensure consistent shapes across thousands of pieces.
Skiving & Edge Work
Skiving thins leather edges for seamless folding and clean seams. Edge painting, burnishing, and wax finishing are applied by hand to create smooth, durable, and visually refined edges -- a hallmark of premium leather goods.
Sewing & Stitching
We combine industrial sewing machines with skilled hand-stitching for saddle stitch and decorative seams. Thread tension, stitch density (8-12 SPI), and stitch alignment are monitored at every seam for structural integrity and aesthetic precision.
Embossing & Debossing
Hot stamping, blind embossing, foil embossing, and laser engraving allow us to apply logos, patterns, and textures with exceptional clarity. Custom dies are fabricated for each brand, ensuring sharp, consistent brand marks at scale.
Assembly & Hardware
Components are assembled with precision adhesives, rivets, magnetic closures, zippers, and custom hardware. We source brass, zinc alloy, and stainless steel fittings -- plated, brushed, or antiqued to match brand aesthetics.

Design & Tech Pack
Our design team produces technical drawings, material swatches, hardware options, and color specifications. You review and approve the tech pack before we proceed -- no surprises later.
Sample Production
A physical prototype is handcrafted using your approved specifications. We photograph and ship the sample for your hands-on review. Revisions are handled promptly until you're fully satisfied.
Order Confirmation
Upon sample approval, we issue a formal production order with itemized pricing, timeline, and payment terms. A production deposit confirms your slot in the schedule.
Mass Production
Full-scale production begins with the approved sample as the gold standard. Each production batch undergoes inline QC checks at every stage -- cutting, sewing, assembly, and finishing -- with photo updates shared regularly.
Final QC Inspection
Every finished piece is individually inspected against the approved sample for dimensions, stitching, hardware function, surface quality, and branding accuracy. Defect rate target is below 0.5%.
Packing & Export Prep
Products are packed per your specifications -- individual poly bags, inner boxes, master cartons, or custom retail packaging. Export documentation, packing lists, and commercial invoices are prepared for smooth customs clearance.
Shipping & After-Sales
We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, or air cargo depending on your timeline and budget. Tracking information is shared promptly. Our after-sales team follows up to confirm safe receipt and satisfaction.
